The CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, received here today, the Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Isaaq Biruma Sebulime. During the meeting, they discussed the existing development projects provided by the Kingdom's government through the SFD, which aim to achieve sustainable development in Uganda, the progress of development projects in the health sector as well as a number of issues of common interest. The Ugandan ambassador praised the Kingdom's efforts through the Fund, praising its efforts in financing development projects and programs over decades in various development sectors in Uganda. It is noteworthy that the number of projects financed by the SFD Uganda reached 7 ones in several sectors, including health, electricity, agriculture and water.
