The Ministry of Health has transported a number of pilgrims of different nationalities from the hospitals of the Makkah Health Cluster, accompanied by a specialized medical team, to the holy site of Arafat, to enable them to perform Hajj. The ministry explained that the health cluster has prepared an integrated program for the pilgrims convoy since their departure and during the period they spend in Arafat, by following up on them medically, ensuring the presence of the medical team for each patient, and continuously measuring their vital signs, providing meals and awareness publications about Hajj. It indicated that transporting hospitalized pilgrims on the day of Arafah comes within a prepared and studied plan during the Hajj season, through a convoy that includes buses equipped with an integrated medical team and an ambulance, in addition to cardiac monitors and resuscitation equipment. A number of hospitalized pilgrims expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for facilitating performing Hajj, and for the level of health care provided to them.
