An explosion went off near a government minister's office Friday in southern Pakistan, shattering windows in his reception area but causing no injuries, police said. The small blast detonated outside a wall next to the office of Sindh province's Chief Minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim early Friday morning, said Sanaullah Abbasi, a senior Karachi police official. Cars parked outside the office were also damaged.
