Following is the text of the cable: His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey, Peace, be upon you, As I leave your brotherly country, I express my deepest gratitude and appreciation of Your Excellency for the warm reception and generous hospitality accorded to me and the accompanying delegation. Your Excellency, the discussions and consultations we had, affirmed the two sides' keenness of enhancing relations between the two countries, and a continuation of coordination and consultation in all fields, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Your Excellency, which aims to achieve the interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples and enhancing security and stability in the region. I wish Your Excellency good health and happiness, and to Turkey and its brotherly people further progress and prosperity.
