The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) forecasted the weather for today in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as thunderstorms accompanied by active winds on the regions of Najran, Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha and the heights of Makkah, while thunderstorms accompanied by active dusty winds on some parts of Riyadh and Eastern regions. In its report, the NCM indicated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northwesterly to westerly on the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southerly on southern part at a speed of 14-38 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is southerly to southeasterly that turns in the night to northeasterly on the central part at a speed of 12-34 km/h.
