The open innovation platform of UPLink, an affiliate of Davos World Economic Forum, has signed, on the sidelines of the event, a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to expand the zone of most innovative solutions to address the sustainable development challenges. Faisal bin Fadhil Al-Ibrahim, Minister of Economy and Planning of Saudi Arabia and Borge Brende, President of Davos World Economic Forum signed the agreement in the presence of a number of officials of the two sides. According to the agreement, the ministry seeks to discuss and study the joint issues in the field of food security, food wastes recycling, food stability and climatical smart agriculture within Saudi Arabia's efforts to achieve the agenda for the sustainable development 2030 locally and internationally.
