The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has directed to transfer the Yemeni Siamese twins (Mawaddah and Rahmah), the daughters of Huthaifah bin Abdullah Numan from Yemen to the King Abdulaziz Medical City of the National Guard in Riyadh to conduct medical examinations and check on the possibility of separating the twins. Advisor at the Royal Court, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Supervisor General, and head of the medical team to separate Siamese twins Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah said that this humanitarian gesture of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques towards the brotherly Yemeni people is an extension of his several humanitarian stances towards the needy across the world, noting that the Yemeni Siamese twins Mawddah and Rahmah are both females and were born attached in the lower chest and abdomen area. He also stressed that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques attaches big importance to the Saudi program for the Siamese twins, where the program also receives the support and follow up of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, noting that this generous initiative is a continuation of what is offered by the kingdom of giving and humanity of multiple services to the Arab and Islamic nations and the entire world.
