The first edition of the Financial Academy Forum 2022 will be launched in Riyadh tomorrow, Wednesday, March 30, 2022, under the slogan "Together We Make Impact", under the patronage of the Chairman of the Board of the Capital Market Authority, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Academy, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Quwaiz, and the Governor of the Saudi Central Bank, Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak, with the participation of decision-makers and officials in financial and economic affairs. The forum represents a gathering of elite parties working and interested in the financial sector locally, regionally, and internationally from the public and private sectors, including decision-makers in the financial sector and major financial institutions, as well as senior executives and financial workers, with the participation of a group of influential figures in the financial sector, experts and specialists in the development of human capabilities in the areas of money, investment, banking, finance, and insurance. The forum will discuss a number of important financial issues, including the culture of the educated organization and its role in developing human capabilities; the importance of developing the capabilities of human cadres in the financial sector; and innovation in the development of human capital, with the participation of various financial sectors, such as the banking, insurance, finance, and securities sectors. The first edition of the Financial Academy Forum 2022 is based on the exchange of expertise, knowledge, and experience. In addition to a review of best practices to develop and improve the capabilities of human cadres in the financial sector. The forum aims to explore the future of work in the financial sector, review ways to develop the capabilities of human cadres, exchange local and regional expertise and experience, employ innovation and artificial intelligence, and achieve sustainable human capital development. The forum program includes an opening speech by the Chairman of the Board of the Capital Market Authority and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Academy, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Quwaiz, followed by a keynote speech by the pioneer and mentor in entrepreneurship, Terrence Murray, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, on the culture of the learning organization and its role in developing human capabilities. Within the forum's activities, two dialogue sessions will be held, dealing with the importance of developing the capabilities of human cadres in the financial sector, innovation in developing human capital, and discussing the most important issues in the financial sector. The Financial Academy, in strategic partnership with the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, the Capital Market Authority, and the Financial Sector Development Program for the Kingdom's Vision 2030, seeks through this forum to support the progress of the financial sector in the Kingdom by providing innovative and effective solutions for the development of workers in this sector and achieving outstanding performance levels for stakeholders, which contributes to the development of an environment that promotes innovation and creativity in financial matters, in line with the Financial Sector Development Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. It is noteworthy that the forum is held in partnership between the public and private sectors to provide radical solutions that contribute to the development of leadership skills and innovation and provide an investment environment that works to develop and improve human capital in the financial sector.
