Minister of Hajj Iyad Madani opened here today the annual seminar, organized by the Hajj Ministry.
The 3-day seminar, attended by more than 200 persons including representatives of the Muslim minorities, is organized under the title of 'Makkah is the Cultural Capital of the Muslim world'.
