The General Presidency for the affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has provided a package of field services to worshipers and Umrah performers visiting the Grand Mosque, the most prominent of which is the opening of (58) gates for entry and exit and the allocation of more than (4000) workers for purification operations amounting to (10) times a day. The Under-Secretary-General for Services, Field Affairs and Environmental Protection at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Mohammed bin Musleh Al-Jabri confirmed that the Presidency raised the level of its readiness for Friday prayers, with a package of field services and operational measures that would provide a safe and reassuring environment for visitors and Umrah performers in order to perform their rituals in a spiritual atmosphere of reverence and serenity. Al-Jabri further said that the Presidency's plan included a number of field services and preventive measures including supervision of the squares, disinfection and sterilization of the Grand Mosque, transportation services, supervision of gates and other services that would serve the visitors and Umrah performers of the Grand Mosque.
