Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi has received at his residence Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense. Prince Khalid conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to Yemeni President, and their wishes to Yemen and its people for progress and stability. During the meeting, they reviewed the Kingdom's efforts and initiatives to achieve security, stability, and peace in Yemen, and discussed the latest developments in the Yemeni arena and the efforts made towards them, in addition to reviewing the humanitarian and development relief work of the brotherly Yemeni people, noting the deep fraternal ties that bind the two governments and peoples of the two countries. Prince Khalid affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom's leadership to achieve security, stability and development for the brotherly Yemeni people, and the importance of moving forward to implement the Riyadh agreement, to promote peace and stability, to put the interests of Yemenis above all considerations, and to push all efforts to reach a political solution in Yemen based on the three references, which meets the aspirations of the brotherly Yemeni people and preserves the security of the region. Prince Khalid pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is monitoring the difficult economic situation of the Yemeni people, and welcomes the recent decisions made by the Yemeni government in the Central Bank of Yemen, and assigning the Central Organization for Control and Audit (COCA) to assess and review the bank's work, which contributes in improving the financial situation of Yemen, as the Yemeni government's continued steps of economic reform will contribute to increase the economic support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the international community. For his part, the Yemeni president valued the Kingdom's sincere stances on all political, military, economic, humanitarian and development levels, which embodied the authenticity of cooperation and sincerity of brotherhood based on the unity of destiny and the common goal between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, as the Kingdom's permanent standing by the Yemeni people, offering sacrifices and assistance to support and honor them as well as restore them their security and stability under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince are stances that will remain present and memorable in the memory of the Yemeni people.
