The number of pilgrims arriving in the Kingdom by air, sea and land to perform this year's Hajj amounted to 911,651 since the beginning of arrivals until yesterday, it was reported here today.
Dr. Ameen Fattani, the Director General of Makkah branch of the Ministry of Hajj, said 226,624 pilgrims arrived at Madinah Prince Mohammed airport ; 612,555 at Jeddah King Abdulaziz International airport; and 14,059 pilgrims entered via Jeddah Islamic sea port.
He noted that the Indonesian pilgrims arriving in the Kingdom ranked first in number registering 147,010 followed by 114,772 Pakistani pilgrims.
