The number of pilgrims, who arrived in Madinah after performing their Hajj rituals up to Wednesday amounted to 267,163, while 30,258 pilgrims left Madinah for home. Hassan al-Bakri, the director general of the branch of the Hajj ministry in Madinah region, said all concerned authorities have been doing their best to extend the best possible services to the pilgrims. He noted that arrangements were underway for the departure of about 250,000 pilgrims via Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport aboard more than 886 international flights. Meanwhile, about 4000 pilgrims will leave via Yanbu sea port, and 50,000 pilgrims via King Abdulaziz International Airport and the Islamic Port of Jeddah. Al-Bakri pointed out that coordination exists among all concerned authorities to extend excellent services to the guests of god.
