Presided over by its Chairman Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Humaid, the Shoura Council condemned the two criminal explosions that took place outside the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior and the Emergency Special Forces in Riyadh on Wednesday. Dr. bin Humaid praised the great role played by the government and security forces in combating the deviant group, stressing that the Saudi people and residents have been strongly united behind the leadership in confronting terrorism. In its statement, the Council said that the deviating group sheds blood in the holy month, terrorizes people, targets the innocent and achievements, serves enemies and wreaks havoc on the earth. It called on the educated people and Muslim scholars to double their efforts to enlighten people particularly the youth on the deviating thoughts and deviants aiming to destabilize the Kingdom. --More 2052 Local Time 1752 GMT
