The newspapers added that the regulator of the Saudi economy has focused on this matter. When the national economy was dependent on oil only, the development of Saudi cadres was based on the efforts of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. After that, the focus was on the banking sector and educational institutions, which all Sought qualified cadres. Since the economy does not wait for education to meet the increasing demands for qualified cadres, foreign manpower took the lead.
In light of the intense competition from the foreign side as well as the labor markets for a completely new framework, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Human Capability Development Program Committee, launched the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP), one of the vision realization programs to achieve the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, in order to increase the demand for qualified Saudi cadres in the future labor market.
The plans of HCDP in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aim to prepare Saudis for future jobs in various promising sectors through developing basic and future skills, and developing knowledge to be ready for the current and future labor market, the newspapers further added.

All these details come within the frameworks of the integrated scene in Saudi Arabia that seeks to ensure readiness for the future through meeting the changing needs of the labor market, which also confirms that the pillar of success is the development of citizens' capabilities to compete globally, according ambitions and aspirations of Vision 2030, the newspapers concluded.
