Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Eng. Abdurrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli confirmed the success of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's experience in the sustainable rural agricultural development program, launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, which embodies the interest being accorded to the small farmers citing an amount of (3.2) billion dollars allocated for supporting the program. This came during the Minister's speech Saturday at the meeting of the G20 Agriculture Ministers in Florence, Italy He also added that agricultural investments in the Kingdom, funded by the Agricultural Development Fund, have grown over the past four years by about (400%), which has contributed to building a flexible and sustainable food system.
