King Fahd orders promotion of Judges and military officers

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has issued orders to promote and appoint 148 judges at the Ministry of Justice and 315 members at the Commission of Investigation and General Prosecution.
King Fahd also issued orders to promote 2, 376 officers of different ranks at different military sectors, to appoint 586 graduates at the ranks of Lieutenants and First Lieutenants as well as to promote 7 others to the rank of Lieutenants.
