In the presence of Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, the research ministers of the G20 countries have concluded their meeting in Trieste city of Italy, stressing the importance of digital transformation in developing educational practices and encouraging innovation opportunities in society. The first theme of the recommendations included "keeping up with the changing nature of skills." while the second theme dealt with "principles and ethical values in higher education, scientific research and management of digital technologies." The third theme included "ensuring the quality of communication and infrastructure: opportunities for cooperation being provided by digital technologies."
