The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly condemned and denounced the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militias' attempts to attack civilians and civilian objects in Khamis Mushait City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a bomb-laden UAV, which was intercepted by the Coalition Forces. In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC), the UAE reiterated that these systematic terror attacks by the Houthis reflect their blatant disregard for the international community and all international laws and norms. The UAE urged the international community to take an immediate and decisive stance to stop these recurrent acts, which target vital and civilian installations and the security and stability of the Kingdom. The ministry stressed that the continuation of these attacks in recent days is a grave escalation that represents new evidence of these militias' attempts to undermine security and stability in the region. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed the UAE's full solidarity and standing with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facing these terrorist attacks and against whatever threatens its security and stability, in addition to supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's taken measures to maintain the security and safety of its citizens and residents. The Ministry stressed that the security of the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is inseparable, and that any threat or danger to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is considered a threat to the security and stability of the UAE.
