Arrangements are underway by the Saudi ARAMCO to officially inaugurate the production laboratories in Qateef, which will produce 800,000 barrel of crude oil per day in addition to the accompanying gas, estimated at hundreds of million cubic feet. Abdullah bin Juma , the President of the Saudi ARAMCO, said the project of the production laboratories in Qateef is viewed as a gigantic project. 'The implementation of this gigantic project embodies the great role and responsibility being shouldered by the Saudi ARAMCO towards the international markets', he said. He noted that the project was implemented before the date fixed for its implementation at a cost which was less than the cost allocated for that purpose. 'This achievement has provided a clear evidence that the national cadres have become capable of efficiently managing gigantic projects', he said adding that 'such projects will enable the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to honor its commitments towards the consumers'.
