King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) signed here today a joint cooperation program. The cooperation agreement was co-signed by KSrelief General Supervisor Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah and IFAD President Gilbert Houngbo. The cooperation program aims at enhancing joint action on improving food security and combating hunger, malnutrition and poverty as well as exchanging expertise and knowledge on areas of common concern. During the signing ceremony, Dr. Al-Rabeeah said that the program falls within the Kingdom's humanitarian efforts to alleviate the suffering of peoples in crisis-hit countries around the world in cooperation with the United Nations and its relevant agencies.
