Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah met here today with Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) Qu Dongyu. During the meeting, they discussed issues of common concern related to the humanitarian and relief field. They also discussed ways to enhance the joint cooperation between the two sides in a way that contributes to achieving a decent life for the affected and needy peoples. Dr. Al Rabeeah briefed the FAO Director-General on the humanitarian projects of the KSrelief, which amounted to 1,616 projects in 68 countries around the world, including 652 projects in the sectors of food security, nutrition and early recovery. The FAO Director-General praised the great humanitarian efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the KSrelief in various countries of the world.
