King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) contributed to the Initiative for Living and Livelihood Fund for Rehabilitating Watari Dam, Kano, Nigeria, in collaboration with a number of donors. The initiative aims at enabling the population to increase their crops and livestock production, in addition to improving their livelihood, through rehabilitating the third largest dam, in the state, by raising its storing capacity and making it ready to be functioned, by the end of the next coming month of July. KSrelief also provides farmers, there, with training on the best practices in the agricultural domains, to boost the local economy and enhance creating jobs for the youths, in the state of Kano.
