Acting President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Dr. Fahd bin Hassan Al Aqran received here today Media Spokesman for the Commander in Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces Major General Yahya Rasoul Al-Zubaidi, and his accompanying delegation which included a group of media officers in the branches of the Iraqi armed forces, as part of their current visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the outset of the meeting, Dr. Fahd Al Aqran welcomed them, affirming the importance of the cooperation between the two sides in the media aspects in the context of delivering the proper media messages. For his part, Major General Yahya Al-Zubaidi expressed his thanks and appreciation for the warm and generous reception he received during his visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, hailing the solid and historical ties that bind the two countries and the two peoples. During the meeting, they reviewed areas of the media cooperation and ways to develop them to achieve the common goals and contribute to enriching the media content. During their tour in the SPA building, the Iraqi delegation was briefed on the work mechanism in the departments of editorial, electronic media, photography and television production.
