Akhir 21, 1432 H/March 26, 2011, SPA -- On the sidelines of its current visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a media delegation from the State of Kuwait paid a visit to the Saudi Press Agency "SPA" here today, within the framework of the strong relations and cooperation between the two countries in many aspects of media action. During the visit, members of the Kuwaiti delegation were received by the SPA Director General, Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Hussein, who welcomed them and wished them success in cooperation between SPA and KUNA in the framework of the fraternal relations that bind the two countries. SPA Director General Fahd Al-Hussein also valued the efforts and keenness of Director General and Board Chairman of Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Sheikh Mubarak Al-Duaij Al-Sabah on enhancing cooperation between the SPA and the KUNA to serve the media action through the exchange of visits between their journalists and technicians, hoping success of Al-Sabah's efforts to highlight a sophisticated media to serve the two countries. For his part, KUNA delegation was briefed on the news activities of "SPA" and its press releases, news follow-ups, photos, work mechanisms, technical communications and media training center, in addition to its website http://www.spa.gov.sa. The Kuwaiti delegation's members also valued the warm reception and welcome accorded to them, stressing keenness on continuing visits and exchanging press experiences. They hailed the Saudi media organs, particularly, the SPA and its editorial and technical services.
