Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz opens gathering

Prince Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, opened here today the fourth periodic gathering for improving performance of municipal departments.
This year's gathering will discuss the topic of municipal councils' elections.
In a speech on the occasion, Prince Miteb said the process of voters' registration for municipal councils' elections is going well as planned.
Mentioning a 30% increase in the municipal sector's budget, he called for utilizing the increased budget to develop the whole municipal sector.
