U.S. President George W. Bush will have his annual physical exam Saturday, the White House announced Thursday. In previous years, the president took the physical in August. But he decided to postpone the physical because of this year's hectic campaign, White House spokesman Scott McClellan said. Previous exams have shown the president to be very healthy, McClellan said. After the physical at a Maryland hospital, Bush plans to visit soldiers wounded in Afghanistan and Iraq who are staying at the facility, McClellan added.
