Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, met on Monday with the United Kingdom Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab. During the meeting, they discussed the distinguished bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them, especially in the defense fields. They reviewed the efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom to enhance, maintain and protect regional security from any threats and establishing international peace and security. They also reviewed the latest developments in Yemen in light of the Saudi initiative to end the Yemeni crisis. The meeting was attended by the Saudi Ambassador to UK Prince Khalid bin Sultan; the Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Fayyad Al-Ruwaili; Military Adviser to the Minister of Defense Major General Eng. Talal Al-Otaibi; Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammad bin Saeed Al Jaber, and Director-General of the Office of the Deputy Minister of Defense Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif. On the UK side, the meeting was attended by the UK Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Neil Crompton, and the delegation accompanying UK Foreign Secretary.
