The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia attempt to carry out a hostile attack using a booby-trapped boat south of the Red Sea. Bahrain indicated that the Houthi continued systematic hostilities reflects a clear insistence on threatening maritime navigation and destabilizing security and stability in the region. Bahrain stressed the need to intensify international efforts to deter these terrorist militias and put an end to their continuous violations of international laws aimed at obstructing maritime traffic, praising the vigilance and efficiency of the forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, which managed to intercept and destroy the boat.
