Gambian President Adama Barrow extended his appreciation to the leadership, government and the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, praising the Kingdom's pioneering role in the field of humanitarian and charitable work not only in the Gambia but also in Africa and the world by large. The Gambian president made his remarks as he received the Director of the Office of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) in Senegal, where he praised WAMY for implementing a number of wells, benefiting 4,000 people in different regions of the Gambia. He valued the WAMY's efforts in his country, calling for more cooperation and continued support for development projects that have contributed to meeting the needs of the region.
