King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched yesterday a project to distribute 927 tons of Ramadan food baskets in Somaliland, benefiting 61,860 individuals. This project aims to alleviate the suffering of people in Somaliland due to the drought that struck the country during the past months and repercussion of COVID-19 pandemic. This falls within Ramadan projects being provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, represented by KSrelief, for the most needy families worldwide.
