US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin spoke by phone today with Finnish Minister of Defense Antti Kaikkonen.
Secretary Austin and Minister Kaikkonen expressed a shared concern about the deteriorating security situation resulting from increased Russian Federation activity along the Ukraine border.
