Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended trading higher today, gaining 132.68 points to close at 9615.63 points. The total value of the trading reported was SR10.5 billion, while the toll of shares traded was more than 310 million, divided into over 445,000 deals. While the stocks of 146 companies ended the trading higher, 40 companies' shares slumped. The Saudi Parallel Equity Market Index (NOMU) ended the day gaining 52.89 points, to close, at 23786.19 points, with a valuation of SR13 million and an overall tally of 160,000 stocks traded and divided into as many as 589 deals.
