Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan, Governor of the Northern Borders Region, is scheduled tomorrow to virtually patronize the First Business Entrepreneurship Forum 2021 to be organized by Business Entrepreneurship Club in the region in partnership with Northern Border University. The three-day event will see the participation of the Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, President of the University Dr. Mohammed Al-Shehri and Governor of Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority Engineer Saleh Al-Rasheed, as well as a group of inspiring speakers and entrepreneurs from inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The forum will be discussing several aspects and issues related to building the system of business entrepreneurship, creating new economic activities through the best practices, ways to deal with the challenges the sector is facing and enhancing its role in the knowledge economy system, in addition to introducing some successful entrepreneurial projects. The event aims at enhancing the values of business entrepreneurship and innovation in facing challenges and risks and spreading the culture of entrepreneur projects in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan welcomed organizing this forum and all other similar intellectual forums in the Northern Borders Region for their role in raising awareness, exchanging knowledge and expertise and identifying shortcomings and coordination and cooperation in solving them, voicing his great interest in business entrepreneurship and increasing the contribution of small and medium enterprises in the GDP, providing services and products and raising the percentage of exports.
