Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail will patronize on Monday, 29 March, 2021, the activities of Real Estate Forum, which will be organized by Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, represented by the Real Estate Committee. The forum will discuss three axes with the participation of relevant authorities. It will cover the future and development of real estate investment, the development of Riyadh Region and the quality of life in the real estate sector. The Vice Chairman of Riyadh Camber's Board of Directors and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Mohammed Al-Marshad, stated that the forum aims to introduce attractive and available investment opportunities, discuss developments in systems, strategies, projects, programs and initiatives, stimulate foreign investments, in addition to activating the partnership between government agencies, relevant parties and investors. He noted that the committee will submit the recommendations of discussions to relevant agencies. The forum is an interactive platform for real estate. It brings together stakeholders with decision-makers to present available investment opportunities, which will contribute to the development of real estate business in Riyadh Region in light of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
