Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region, will patronize the Second Saudi Stock Exchange Forum, scheduled to take place here from September 8 and 9. The event will be organized by the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry represented by the Committee on Investment and Securities in participation of the Capital Market Authority. A large number of local and foreign economists and financial experts will attend the Forum's deliberations. The Vice Chairman of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Investment and Securities Committee Khaled Al-Miqren hailed the patronage of the Forum by the Governor and emphasized his commitment to support all that would strengthen the role of the private sector associated with the promotion of investment and engagement with stakeholders in the development environment and the mechanisms of action of the financial market. Al-Miqren said support and participation of the Capital Market Authority will enable the Forum to achieve its goals and desired objectives, pointing out that the forum reflects the keenness of the Chamber to discuss the key issues and topics related to the stock market and strive to improve the work environment, thus contributing to the advancement of performance and enhancement of immunity and invulnerability against sharp fluctuations that hurt the shares of listed companies under its umbrella and investors in the market alike.
