The government of Jordan condemned today the Houthi militia's continuing escalation of terrorist attacks and targeting civilian areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the latest of which was the launch of a bomb-laden UAV towards Khamis Mushait City, which the Coalition forces intercepted and destroyed. The Spokesman of the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Dhaifallah Al-Fayez stressed condemnation and denunciation of this dangerous and systematic escalation. He also reiterated Jordan's constant and steadfast position in condemning and denouncing these repeated terrorist acts that target civilian areas, as these attacks constitute a flagrant violation of all international norms, especially the international humanitarian law. The Ambassador affirmed Jordan's stand with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to defend its security and the security of its people. He stressed that the security of the two countries is indivisible and that any threat to the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a threat to the security and stability of the entire region.
