The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance inaugurated today in Al-Ahsa the first shipment of dates as a part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's Dates Program to be distributed abroad for 1442 AH. The dates will be distributed to Islamic minorities, communities, institutions and Islamic figures in 24 countries around the world during the month of Ramadan this year. This comes as an extension of the Kingdom's keenness on serving Islam and Muslims, especially in the month of Ramadan. The program will be implemented according to precautionary measures being taken in those countries to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, in the context of ensuring the safety and health of the program's beneficiaries and workers.
