Arab Parliament Speaker Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi has condemned the terrorist Houthi militia's launching of bomb-laden UAVs towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that the Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen managed to intercept and destroy, stressing that compromising Saudi Arabia's security is considered as a threat to the Arab national security. In a statement issued today, he affirmed that these repeated terrorist attacks, targeting innocent civilians and civilian objects that are protected by the international law constitute war crimes according to the international humanitarian law, as they also reflect flagrant denial of the international community and disregarding all international laws and agreements that guarantee protection for civilians. He stressed that these repeated terrorist attacks require urgent international action against the terrorist Houthi militia and the Iranian regime that supports it with money and weapons. Al-Asoumi commended the vigilance of the Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen that have managed to successfully confront and thwart these terrorist acts, reaffirming the Arab Parliament's full support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to preserve its security and stability.
