Explosions hit Iraqi capital

The thunderous rumble of explosions
hit Baghdad Saturday, sending black smoke above the city
center.
There was no immediate explanation for the blasts, which
occurred around 12:45 pm (0945GMT). The smoke was seen near
central Saadoun Street, a busy commercial area with several
major hotels housing foreigners.
