Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, appreciated the great role played by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to push Riyadh Agreement forward and accelerate its implementation. Bin Mubarak said, in a statement yesterday, before the Security Council at an open session on the situation in the Middle East, via video communication, from the interim capital Aden, that Riyadh Agreement is a model to be followed, confirming that if there is goodwill, the peace will be already achieved. The Yemeni official pointed out that the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement resulted in the formation of a government of political competencies, which was welcomed by the international community and all peace partners.
