The Head of the Presidential Council of Libya, Fayez Al-Sarraj, has welcomed the outcomes of the 41st summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States held yesterday in Al-Ula Governorate, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement issued today, he expressed his hope that the summit's outcomes would lead to Arab unification of ranks and contribute effectively to Libya's security and stability. He stressed the importance of the "Al-Ula Declaration" to consolidate full commitment to the principles of mutual respect, states' sovereignty, national unity, ensure security, maintain stability, enhance constructive strategic cooperation throughout the Arab world, establish partnerships between Arab countries to achieve economic and social developments, and consolidate joint Arab economic action.
