Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier and Commander of the National Guard, has sent cables of congratulations to a number of leaders in the Arab Gulf countries. They were to Prince Hamzah bin Alhussein, Heir Apparent of Jordan; Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy President of the United Arab Emirates and Prime Minister of Dubai; Sheikh Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Heir Apparent of Bahrain and Commander-in-chief of Bahrain's Defense Force; Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Heir Apparent of Qatar; and Sheikh Saad Alabdullah Alsalim Alsabah, Heir Apparent of Kuwait. In his cables, Crown Prince Abdullah wished them good health and happiness and their peoples steady progress and prosperity.
