Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent cables of congratulations to Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Defense Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum of the United Arab Emirates, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar, Heir Apparent Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait.
