Within the framework of its cooperation with King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) has provided aid to more than 8,000 Yemeni families, at fishing communities, that depend on the sea to secure their livelihood. The aid comes as part of the activities of the emergency agricultural livelihoods support project to the most vulnerable families in Yemen, being implemented by the KSrelief in six Yemeni governorates which are Taiz, Lahij, Abyan, Dhale, Hajjah and Amran.
