Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Bilad, Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers reported in their editorials that the G20 Summit will start tomorrow, under chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, which is seen as the most important event in international work in this year 2020. The papers added that the summit will shed light on ways of strengthening international cooperation and supporting the stage of global economic recovery, in addition to laying solid foundations for strong, sustainable, balanced and inclusive growth for peoples, as well as shaping new prospects for the global economy. The papers further added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's presidency of G20, the largest economies of the world, focused on major axes such as empowering females, protecting the Earth, forming new horizons, making use of digitization and technology in economy, business, education and artificial intelligence. The papers concluded that Saud Arabia has achieved extraordinary pioneering successes in combating the Novel Coronavirus pandemic, as it is leading global efforts to achieve strong and sustainable growth for global economy to face any future shocks.
