Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that despite all challenges and imminent dangers, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has exerted great efforts to achieve security and safety for its citizens and residents. The paper added that such unprecedented achievement has firmly continued since its inception until this prosperous era being led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. In this regard, the paper concluded that the official Spokesman of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen COL Turki Al-Malki stated that the Joint Coalition Forces intercepted and destroyed (6) drones (booby traps) launched by the terrorist Houthi militia in a systematic and deliberate manner to target civilian objects and civilians in Saudi Arabia in violating of the rules of customary international humanitarian law (IHL). Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that in the light of on-going crises in different parts of the world, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has spared no effort in supporting the poor countries and their peoples, in addition to its unremitting support for UN efforts. The paper added that these humanitarian efforts are being exerted by prudent leadership and represented by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
