The Media Spokesman of Makkah Region Police, Major Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, stated that the Diplomatic Security Special Forces were able to arrest a citizen in his forties after he attacked a security guard at the French Consulate in Jeddah using a sharp tool resulting in minor injuries. He added that the injured guard was transferred to the hospital to receive treatment, noting that the perpetrator was arrested, and necessary measures had been taken against him.
