A powerful car bomb exploded Tuesday near the offices of a top government official in the southwestern city of Quetta, injuring at least four people, police said. Baluchistan Chief Minister Jam Mohammed Yousuf was staying in his residence not far from the blast site in the city center, but was unhurt. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
