Algeria has welcomed the ceasefire agreement, signed by the Libyan parties participating in the Military Committee (5 + 5) dialogue in Geneva, under the auspices of the United Nations, hoping that it would be permanent, calling on all Libyan parties to adhere to and implement it sincerely. The Algerian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Algeria considers this agreement as a real hope for the success of the comprehensive national dialogue process, in order to reach a peaceful political solution that takes into account the supreme interest of Libya and its people.
